Travel + Leisure USA conducts an annual survey through its magazine and website so readers can vote for their favourite hotels

A questionnaire, developed in association with ROI Research Inc., is made available to readers on the magazine website. Respondents are asked to rate the hotels on five characteristics that include rooms/facilities, location, service, restaurants/food, and value. To protect the integrity of the data, respondents are screened and responses from any identified travel-industry professionals are eliminated from the final tally.
