Non Alcoholic Sangria


  • 1/4th Cup Light Lemon Simple Syrup (1/2 cup water, 2 spoons sugar, zest of lemon and lemon juice)
  • 4 Cup Grape Juice
  • 2 Cup Apple Juice
  • One Orange, sliced
  • 2 Lemons, sliced
  • 1 Pear, chopped
  • 1 Apple chopped
  • 1 cup Black/Green Grapes sliced
  • 8-12 pieces of Cherries with stems
  • Few Drops of Ginger Juice 




8 servings 





To Make lemon syrup:

1.      To make the simple syrup, place water, sugar, lemon juice and zest of lemon in a pot.  
2.      Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar.
3.      Once water reaches boiling point, remove from heat and allow to get cooled.   
4.      Refrigerate until cold. 

Strain the syrup before using.




To make Sangria (Non Alcoholic):

1.      Pour 2 cups of chilled simple syrup, grape juice and apple juice into a large pitcher.  
2.      Add slices from one of the oranges, one of the lemons and both of the limes.  Add pear, apple and half of the grapes. 
3.      Stir and refrigerate for at least an hour.  Slice remaining orange and lemon slices in half.  
4.      To serve, place an orange slice, lemon slice, a few grapes and cherry into a glass with ice.  
5.      Add few drops(6-8) of ginger juice to pitcher.  Stir and pour over glasses.
