Smoothies For Summers
Its summer holidays. Markets are flooded with summer fruits like banana, strawberries, mangoes and melons. This is the ideal time to enjoy all these fruits with all their fibers intact in them. So give yourself and your loved ones a sip of health with a yummy taste. Take a cup of a cup of yogurt, put in into a blender and get something you can slurp down in no time at all.
Green Smoothie

1 cup spinach
1/2 banana
A small handful of almonds
3 to 5 raw walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 a litre of milk
1/2 tbs honey
Put all the ingredients in blender and and bled them for a minute. Pour them into a glass with crushed ice or ice cubes (which ever is your preference). Enjoy the healthy tasty drink.


Mango Smoothie
1 medium mango, peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of milk

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a glass half 1/4th filled with crushed ice. You might serve it to others or slurp on it yourself.
Banana Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened milk
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup water
few almonds soaked in water
Blend them together for a minute in a blender and there you go with tasty Banana smoothie. You may enjoy it crushed eyes or ice cubes. Or you can refrigerate it for a while before you enjoy it watching your favourite TV series.
Chocolate Smoothie

1 banana
1 cup strawberries ?
1/2 cup coconut water or 
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
few ice cubes
This would be the favourite of many. A chocolate smoothie. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend them nicely. Then pour them in a glass and enjoy it sip by sip.
