  1. Develop a habit of drinking a herbal Green Tea.
  2. Always have a chap stick stocked up.
     
  3. Never buy cheap jeans.
  4. Buy cheap sunglasses instead. You can always buy more and variety of them.
     
  5. Carry a pair of slippers when you have to drive in heels or spend a day in heels or you are travelling.
     
  6. Spend a little extra money on your make-up; it's always worth it.
  7. Get running sneakers that are actually effective and not just cute.
  8. NEVER go to bed with your makeup on.
  9. Carry headphones in your pocket at all times. It always better to listen songs via headphones instead of forcing others to listen to your favourite playlist.
  10. Pick your girls over your boyfriend often, because almost always, the guys come and go and the girls are still there.
  11. Get a really nice STRAPLESS or "sticky bra" and you will realize how much better everything looks without your old straps popping out.
  12. Never neglect to paint your toe nails.
  13. Eat breakfast. Never miss it. Its the most imp meal of the day.
  14. Make a playlist for when you need to walk alone and start actually getting depressed.
  15. Get a super awesome coffee mug. Its a feel good factor.
  16. Realize that you can pull off red lipstick. Rock it, girl.
  17. Make guys take you on dates that don't involve a bar or dingy basement.
  18. Never try dieting pills or fads. It's all a bunch of garbage, do some exercise and be healthy.
  19. Call your mom when you need help. She is your BFF who will always be there for you.
  20. Forget name brands. No one really cares, and you will have three times the wardrobe to choose from if you don't run after brands for everything. 
  21. Make sure you have at least one friend that likes your favorite TV shows And your favorite snacks.
  22. There is this amazing invention called "boob tape" to wear with strapless dresses and you need to purchase it. You don't need 20 candid photos of you pulling up your dress on the dance floor at a formal event anymore.
  23. Never spend too much time crying over a boy.
  1. Always try clothing on before you buy it. Don't even try to reason with yourself, "Well I don't need to try this on." Yes, you do.
  2. Drink as much water as humanly possible.
  3. One foundation does not fit all. Your skin is unique; so spend the time to get a foundation that doesn't look like you just smudged your face with paint.
  4. Use your iCalendar on your phone for reminders. It sends you emails and will give you instant organization.
  5. Get a microwaveable heat pad. Your cramps and back will thank you for the rest of your days.
  6. Stock your car, desk and bags with hand sanitizer.
  7. Keep Band-Aids in your purse all the time. heels are beautiful little monsters.
  8. Light butter popcorn is actually a great choice.
  9. Exercise when you're stressed out.
  10. Find the perfect moisturizer.
  11. Accessories can be life-changing and will accentuate your looks everytime.
  12. Read as much as you can for your own enjoyment. You shouldn't forget about what interests you.
  13. Look natural in photos and smile with your teeth. Don't do that weird grimace smile; your teeth are perfect just the way they are.
  14. Don't blow off going to the doctor or dentist. It's incredibly important to take care of your body.
  15. Its very important to have your beauty sleep. 
  16. Use hand lotion.
  17. Spend time with your friends. They will let you be who you are and will appreciate the way you are.
